Measure. Compare. Assess.

With the Service Quality Index (SQI), Digital Environment Qualifier (DEQ) and the Omnichannel Sales Excellence (OSE), we have created three scores that assess, each on five dimensions, the customer consultant, digital environment and digital equipment of the test situation.

These three scores are intuitive, meaningful across projects and can be used either individually or combined, depending on the type of project.
