A feedback test is essentially a mystery visit, but with the decisive addition that mystery shoppers reveal themselves after the test and offer the tested employee an immediate feedback conversation. The mystery visit is then recapitulated together, with specific attention being paid to the most important contents.
Through such direct and immediate contact with the mystery shoppers, training contents are raised and employees are motivated to consistently implement sales guidelines.
Feedback tests place very high demands on mystery shoppers. They have to be able to immediately face the person they have just tested and provide structured, objective and constructive feedback.
Our feedback testers are therefore hand-picked: we only use highly experienced, suitable in character and individually trained mystery shoppers for feedback tests. With this approach, transfer introduced the feedback tests in Germany more than 25 years ago and has continued on this path of success ever since.
